Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 57+ years of experience in delivering high-end luxury real estate projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of premium materials, and proven experience in managing projects from concept to execution while collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design development for luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects .
• Conceptualize design themes, space planning, layouts, and detailed interior solutions aligned with brand and client expectations.
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, 3D visuals, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material schedules for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee project execution on-site, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets .
• Source and specify premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and bespoke elements .
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and snag-list reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen.
• Stay updated on global luxury design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture .
• 5 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of luxury real estate projects .
• Proven experience handling high-value residential, villas, luxury apartments, hotels, or premium commercial spaces .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office (or equivalent tools).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, lighting design, FF&E, and material specifications .
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
