Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Mumbai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts, developing detailed construction drawings, planning and organizing interior spaces, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet project needs. The role also entails collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that design solutions align with project goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
- Expertise in selecting and specifying Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in interior design or related roles is highly desirable
