CREATIVE DESIGNER/ DESIGN LEAD

The title is too formal compared to the work that you'd be doing. You would be an ever prominent friend to all; most of all to customers. The ability to express your thoughts and ideas succinctly and help customers with their imagination is a must for you to have. You better be an analytical and immensely creative being. The financial well-being of the firm rests on your shoulders. Customer centricity is at the heart of everything you do; every day. Customer is King is the mantra that you dont just believe in, but live day-to-day

Experience: 2-4 years

Passion for Design and prior experience in sales + Design role with proven results

Experience in any client Facing role

Hands on experience in tools like AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray and rendering tools.

Quick on the feet attitude

Good communication skills, written and oral

Good interpersonal skill

B-Arch/BBA/MBA is preferred

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
