Interior Designer

At Six Degree Interiors, we create thoughtfully designed turnkey interior spaces for residential and selective commercial projects.

We believe strong concepts, clean drawings and practical execution are equally important to deliver great interiors.

We are looking for an Interior Designer with 1+ years of experience who understands both design thinking and real-world execution someone ready to take ownership beyond software.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the core design team and co-founders on active projects, handling design development, client coordination and execution support from concept to site.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real studio growth and hands-on project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and space planning layouts
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for execution
• Build and refine SketchUp 3D models
• Generate realistic renders using V-Ray
• Create client presentation decks and design proposals
• Coordinate material selections and design detailing
• Support site execution by aligning drawings with reality
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams
• Ensure drawings and documentation stay organised and updated

Required Skills

Must-have:

• AutoCAD (detailed working drawings)
• SketchUp
• V-Ray
• PowerPoint / Presentation skills
• Basic site understanding and practical detailing

Strong Advantage:

• Interior design execution exposure
• Material knowledge
• Ability to solve design issues practically

• 13 years experience in interior design studio or execution environment
• Someone who understands that design must be buildable
• Detail-oriented and proactive

Job Details

Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: Based on experience and capability
