Interior Designer & Project Manager

Location: Thane (with travel to project sites)

Experience: 23 years

Compensation: Up to 40,000 per month

About the Role:

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join the Union Living team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in co-living, residential, or commercial interiors, and will be comfortable managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior layouts, concepts, and furniture plans for Union Living properties.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, material boards, and 3D references as needed.
• Work closely with the Fit-Out Manager to ensure timely and quality execution on-site.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for sourcing, production, and installations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate across departments (brand, operations, procurement) for smooth project delivery.
• Handle end-to-end project management from concept to handover.

Requirements:

• 23 years of relevant experience in interior design (preferably co-living, residential, or commercial).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other design tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across sites and manage on-ground execution.

• Experience in end-to-end project management.
• Strong vendor management skills and on-site fit-out coordination experience.
