Requirements :

• Strong proficiency in furniture, electrical, and civil layouts/drawings
• Have a strong hold on technical knowledge, preferable wall paneling
• Hands-on experience in MEP coordination and execution
• Sound technical understanding of drawings and specifications
• Experienced in site measurements and layout verification
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site installation activities
• Experience Required: 35 years

Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, creating space plans, producing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment). The Designer will also work closely with craftsmen and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of each project while adhering to Meraki Homes standard of excellence and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architectural Design
• Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and practices
• Understanding of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and curation
• Excellent visualization, color coordination, and material selection skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients, craftsmen, and team members effectively
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Work experience in interior design projects or related fields is preferred
