We are currently looking for a Interior Designer (25

years experience) to join our growing studio and contribute to high-quality design and execution-driven projects.

Position Details

• Position: Interior Designer
• Experience: 25 Years
• Salary: CTC 4 8 Lakhs per annum
• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Location: D40, Sector 52, Noida
• Work Environment: 5/6-day work week ( 4th Saturdays off)
• Vacancies: Multiple
• Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 52 (Blue Line)

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position where you will work closely with senior designers and architects on live projects. The role requires a balance of design sensibility, technical precision, and execution understanding. You will be involved in conceptual development, detailed drawings, material selection, and site coordination.Project Lead with 1 - 4 Years of experience in high end Residential Interior.

Looking for a Individual with passion for designing innovative & functional interior spaces that meet project & Client requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and spatial layouts
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and execution sets
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings
• Assist in project coordination and documentation
• Conduct material research (interior & exterior finishes)
• Support in preparing BOQs and basic costing understanding
• Visit project sites for coordination and supervision
• Prepare presentations using MS Office / PowerPoint

Required Skills

• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D'S Max
• Proficiency in rendering tools: Lumion / V-Ray / 3d's Max/Sketch up up /Lumion/D5
• Post-production skills: Photoshop / Illustrator
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction practices
• Basic knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative studio environment
• Project Lead with 1 - 4 Years of experience in high end Residential Interior.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• Masters degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in commercial or hospitality interiors is a plus
