Roles and Responsibilities;

Creative, Out of the Box Designing Skills
Client Relations and Coordination
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to ensure smooth deliveries
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings)
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Domain knowledge and Intermediate Proficiency

This is a full time, on site role for interior designer/architect located in T.Nagar, Chennai. The Designer/Architect will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client requirements. Need to also collaborate with architects , contractors and vendors to ensure that the design specifications are implemented efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture and interior design or related fields
0 - 3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficient in Autocad, sketchup, vray and other rendering softwares.
Proficiency in creating working drawings with specifications and managing site execution
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to clients and contractors
