Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and decorating private residences, and offices. They will be expected to produce construction drawings, develop construction plans, create detailed conceptualization, oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and architects.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and designing skills
• Conceptualization is a must.
• Construction Drawings and Interior Design skills
• FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) knowledge and experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the Residential interior design industry
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.3ds max
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
