Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts and detailed layouts for residential projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with project goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and on-site supervision when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in residential interior design.
