Drive sales conversions by following up on leads, conducting site visits and negotiating contracts.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs, preferences and budget.

Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections effectively.

Develop customized interior design proposals aligned with client expectations.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for accurate project planning and costing.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and market prices.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Monthly Package :-

Rs. 25,000 --- Rs. 30,000

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: 23 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles (residential/commercial projects).

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Client-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
