Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development cum Interior Designer who can blend strong design capabilities with client acquisition and relationship management. This role involves generating qualified leads, converting prospects into projects, and delivering design solutions aligned with the companys brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to pitch relevant design solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.


Interior Design

  • Conduct design consultation sessions with clients; understand aesthetic preferences and functional needs.
  • Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and basic layout plans.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams for detailed drawings and BOQs.
  • Ensure design feasibility based on site conditions, budgets, and execution timelines.
  • Provide design guidance during project handover and coordinate with project managers.


Client Experience & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clientsfrom first interaction to project onboarding.
  • Deliver persuasive design pitches and walkthroughs that align with client expectations.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal execution teams when required.
  • Ensure timely communication, smooth coordination, and delightful project delivery.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field.
  • 3 & above experience in interior design, sales, or business development (Livspace-like roles preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high ownership.
