Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven Interior Designer / 3D Artist with minimum 4 years of experience who can independently handle projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be proficient in 2D drafting, 3D visualization, and site coordination, with strong knowledge of materials and construction practices.

This role requires creativity, ownership mindset, strong visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Visualization

• Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial interiors.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings (layout plans, working drawings, BOQs).
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Produce presentation drawings and client-ready design proposals.
• Assist in mood boards, material boards, and concept presentations.

2. Project Execution & Site Coordination

• Visit sites regularly for measurements and supervision.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams.
• Ensure drawings are executed accurately on-site.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and quality standards.

3. Client Interaction

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts professionally.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Maintain professional communication throughout project lifecycle.

4. Material Selection & Cost Awareness

• Research and recommend materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and executable.

5. Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with latest interior trends, materials, and technologies.
• Suggest innovative and value-engineered design solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in interior design / architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona
• Revit (preferred)
• MS Office
• Strong understanding of building materials, detailing, and construction processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
