Role Description

Head of Department Interior

This is a full-time and Part-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for an Interior Design Trainer. The Trainer will conduct training sessions to mentor and guide students in interior design concepts, design thinking, and best practices. Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, creating instructional content, and hands-on training to enhance students' practical knowledge. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and incorporating them into teaching methodologies. Collaboration with other educators and staff to facilitate an engaging learning environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and creative problem-solving
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Strong skills in Teaching, training, and conducting workshops
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Relevant educational qualifications in Interior Design or related fields
• Previous experience in the interior design industry or teaching is preferred
