Interior design supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Supervisor located in Chennai. The Interior Design Supervisor will oversee design projects from concept to completion, providing creative and practical solutions for residential or commercial spaces. This role involves managing design teams, coordinating with clients to meet their objectives, supervising the implementation of interior plans, and ensuring quality and timeliness of project deliverables. The supervisor will also ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and collaborate with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency and experience in Interior Design and familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Proven skills in Project Management for coordinating and executing design projects efficiently
• Leadership abilities to guide and manage team members effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and effectively address client requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in interior design or supervisory roles is highly desirable
