About the Role

Raamah Projects is seeking acapable and dependable Project Manager who can independently handle interior & civil project execution with strong leadership and accountability. The ideal candidate should be able to lead site teams, resolve issues quickly, maintain quality standards, and ensure all timelines are met without slippage.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Leadership

Manage and lead multiple sites independently

Supervise, guide, and monitor site supervisors

Ensure tasks are completed as per daily and master schedules

Enforce quality standards and workmanship guidelines

2. Coordination & Planning

Liaise with designers, vendors, procurement, and clients

Ensure all drawings, approvals, and materials are available on time

Track daily progress and proactively solve issues

Maintain all documentation and logs accurately

3. Vendor & Material Management

Follow up for dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries

Check material quality & quantity on arrival

Maintain material consumption logs

4. Client Communication & Updates

Share weekly progress updates

Record all approvals, changes, and decisions

Address site queries professionally and promptly

5. Reporting

Prepare daily updates and weekly status reports

Maintain timeline vs actual progress trackers

Highlight risks and delays early for resolution

Candidate Profile

37 years of experience in interior or civil project management

Strong leadership & team-handling ability

Deep knowledge of materials, BOQs, site processes, and drawings

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple sites independently

Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Minimal site reworks or quality issues
