Role Description:

An experienced Project manager specializing in interior fit-out projects, responsible for managing end-to-end site execution from kick off to final handoverof projects . Skilled in site execution, procurement, BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting & coordinating with contractors & vendors. Strong expertise in turnkey renovations, cost control & project workflows, prepairing bar charts and ensuring timely completion. Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, MS Excel.

• Complete on-site execution of interior projects as per approved drawings
• Coordination with designers, project managers, contractors & vendors
• Daily progress reporting and site documentation
• Knowledge of corporate interior projects and construction processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
