Timberlane is seeking an Interior Design Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Design Manager will lead design projects, manage teams, and collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute interior spaces. Responsibilities include overseeing design management processes, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting furniture, and ensuring that designs align with architectural guidelines. The role involves proactive project management to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction of client expectations.

• Proficiency in Design Management and a strong understanding of Interior Design principles
• Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and understanding architectural details
• Knowledge of Architecture and expertise in integrating it with design concepts
• Familiarity with Furniture selection and placement to enhance functional and aesthetic aspects
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in interior design and team management
