Interior Design Head

The Head of Interior Design will lead the complete design vision, execution strategy, team development, and client experience for all residential interior projects across the brand. This role requires a seasoned design leader who can combine creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive the design philosophy, standards, and aesthetic direction for the residential interiors vertical.
• Develop innovative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions aligned with client needs and project budgets.
• Oversee concept development, space planning, mood boards, material selection, and final design approvals.

Project & Client Management

• Lead design presentations and pitch meetings with homeowners.
• Ensure smooth progression of all projects from concept to execution, maintaining quality, timelines, and cost alignment.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and design requirement analysis.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and procurement to ensure seamless project delivery.

Team Management

• Build, guide, and mentor a team of designers and 3D visualizers.
• Monitor deliverables, review design documentation, and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Process Excellence

• Implement design workflows, quality standards, and documentation practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for design reviews, client approvals, and site issue resolutions.
• Conduct site visits for supervision, quality checks, and design validation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 15+ years of experience in residential interior design , with at least 6 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to take projects from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
