Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IntelliMatch MS SQL Server and Intellisuite-Admin along with domain experience in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with a focus on day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IntelliMatch solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
 - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IntelliMatch MS SQL Server and Intellisuite-Admin to resolve any issues promptly.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Cards & Payments solutions.
 - Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of IntelliMatch and related systems.
 - Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
 - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
 - Conduct regular training sessions for team members and stakeholders to ensure proper usage and understanding of the systems.
 - Lead the integration of new features and updates into existing IntelliMatch and Cards & Payments systems.
 - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations and operations.
 - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of product offerings and processes.
 - Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
 - Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
 - Utilize MS SQL Server to manage and analyze large datasets ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
 
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of IntelliMatch and its applications in financial services.
 - Demonstrate proficiency in MS SQL Server for database management and analysis.
 - Have experience with Intellisuite-Admin for system administration and configuration.
 - Exhibit domain expertise in Cards & Payments understanding industry standards and best practices.
 - Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
 - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 - Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
