Job Purpose

To provide accurate evaluation of patent data and capture the essence succinctly. Provide support

in various IP activities

Job Accountabilities

Data mining from patent and non-patent literature for patent analytics and drawing

inference.

Able to use AI based IP tools

Evaluate inventions and provide patentability opinions

Suggesting design around for non-patentable inventions

Analysing patents for presenting technological landscape reports

Patent draft review and claim scoping

Support in patent drafting

Review response to patent examination report and provide inputs

Evaluate external publications from the perspective of IP compliance

Provide support for claim overlap analysis and Standard mapping.

Generate content for IP awareness and support conducting training sessions

Compile the data required for IP Audit

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

3 to 5 years in related area of Technology and IP.

Well versed with key concepts of 6G/5G/4G Telecommunication, Wireless Technologies,

Chipsets, TCP/IP Layers etc., Cloud, Devices, Media delivery.

Knowledge about Intellectual property laws of India, US & EPO preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Sound knowledge about MS office and advanced functions such as excel macros and

formulae including Search tools as well as AI IP tools.
