Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Integration Executive, located in Mumbai at WhaleMaven. The Integration Executive will be responsible for managing technical onboarding and integrations of advertisers and affiliate partners. This includes setting up tracking links, ensuring pixel placement and firing, troubleshooting discrepancies, and collaborating with product, operations, and client servicing teams for seamless campaign execution. The candidate will work closely with international partners and must be comfortable working in US shift hours (4 PM to 2 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate new affiliate offers into the platform using tracking tools (like HasOffers/TUNE, Affise, etc.)
• Work with advertisers to implement and verify postbacks, pixels, and tracking URLs
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data mismatches
• Collaborate with development and product teams to test custom tracking or API integrations
• Create and maintain internal documentation on integration processes
• Assist in campaign QA and data validation prior to launch
• Communicate with international clients via email and Zoom to support onboarding

Qualifications

• Looking for Freshers only
• Strong understanding of tracking platforms (e.g., TUNE, Everflow, Affise, Impact)
• Familiarity with postbacks, pixels, tracking URLs, S2S integrations
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and webhooks is a plus
• Problem-solving attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in US shift timing (4 PM to 2 AM IST)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
