Integration Manager (SAP FICO & H2H/API Integration)

M1xchange is India's premier RBI-licensed TReDS platform, launched in 2017, that bridges corporates, MSMEs, and Banks/NBFCs. It provides a secure digital marketplace for selling receivables, facilitating bill discounting with fast and efficient transactions. The platform allows MSME suppliers to raise invoices, buyers to validate them, and financiers to bid, with funds disbursed within 24 hours once a bid is accepted. By using M1xchange, MSMEs can access competitive financing without the need for collateral, empowering growth and expansion.

We are seeking an Integration Manager specializing in SAP FICO and H2H/API integration for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Integration Manager will oversee end-to-end integration processes and ensure seamless connections between SAP FICO modules, third-party applications, and H2H/API platforms. Duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, managing project timelines, and delivering integration solutions aligned with business objectives. The role also requires process optimization and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality and improve operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO, financial accounting, and controlling modules, including configuration, implementation, and support
• Experience in H2H (Host-to-Host) and API integration, including designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with IT project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle data integration challenges
• Relevant experience in fintech platforms or financial services is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
