Integration Lead – Boomi

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi, a strong understanding of system integration principles and a proven ability to lead technical integration projects across complex environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise applications and business systems, enabling data consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Boomi.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions.

• Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, error handling, monitoring and performance optimization.

• Provide technical leadership to integration developers and oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Manage Boomi environments, including deployment, version control and runtime monitoring.

• Develop and maintain documentation for integration flows, configurations and system dependencies.

• Stay up to date with the latest Boomi features, middleware trends and integration technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Boomi (AtomSphere platform).

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data formats (XML, JSON, etc.).

• Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ERP, CRM, HR and cloud-based applications.

• Knowledge of middleware architectures, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integration frameworks.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins) for integration deployments is a plus.

• Boomi Professional or Architect certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise integration scenarios.

• Skilled in configuring and leveraging a range of connectors, including Database v1, v2, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Amazon S3, AS2, SFTP, Disk and Snowflake, Kafka, Http client connectors.

• Knowledge of using messaging platforms such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ etc.

• Should have worked in EDI integrations using X12 and EDIFACT formats.

• Knowledge of using OAuth and key-based authentications and certification management.

• API Management.

• Should have worked on any observability tools like DataDog, ELK etc.
