Integration Lead
Your role:
As the Integration Project Leader, you will drive the day-to-day management of integration activities. This includes coordinating, planning, problem-solving, and implementing integration projects. You will be responsible for defining the integration test plan and strategy for software programs, which includes hardware components and leading system enhancements. Your role involves impact assessment for healthcare systems integration and facilitating communication and collaboration across teams. You will resolve challenges during integration, provide technical support and working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs

Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in an integration lead role within the healthcare domain.

Skills:

• Significant experience in system or software integration, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures and strategies.
• Proficiency in integration tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ad-hoc changes in priorities and planning.
• Assertive and capable of navigating complex situations.
• Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication.

Education:

• Bachelors degree
• Preference for candidates with ISTQB Advanced certification.

About the Role:

• You will be part of the System Integration & Verification (SIV) department in the global MR R&D organization. Our primary responsibility is ensuring that MR products meet the specifications outlined in the Product Requirement Specifications. Based in Bangalore (India), you will collaborate closely with SIV colleagues across different R&D locations and various internal and external functions, including HW, SW, and Systems Engineering.
