Our customer is a well-funded healthcare technology company dedicated to modernising primary care through automation and enhanced care coordination. They enable care teams to efficiently scale person-centred care and radically improve patient outcomes.

What you need:

• Practical experience with major EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks.
• Expertise in FHIR (first preferred ), HL7, and DICOM integration standards.
• Solid background in healthcare integration and familiarity with middleware tools.
• Proven track record in RPA, HL7, or FHIR-based integration projects.
• US Healthcare experience; sound understanding of US healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.

What you would do:

Integration Solution Design and Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and design integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces utilising industry standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Implement and configure middleware platforms and integration engines (Mirth, BizTalk, or Rhapsody).

Healthcare System Integration:

• Integrate EHR, LIS, PACS, and other healthcare applications to enable seamless data exchange.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across connected systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Security and Compliance:

• Apply security best practices to safeguard patient data throughout the integration process.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data regulations.

Performance Optimisation and Monitoring:

• Analyse integration performance to optimise scalability and efficiency.
• Undertake load testing and performance tuning as required.

Documentation and Training:

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including interface specifications and technical configurations.
• Train internal teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.
