Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve providing consultative services, understanding customer needs, driving discussions, and ensuring effective implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations. - Perform system integration testing and support user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide technical support. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in integration engineering. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Core Integrations. - Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder). - Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and integration technologies (XML, XSLT, JSON). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules. - Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Noida office. - An Engineering degree is required.
