Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing their needs, designing and implementing integrations, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems. - Configure and customize Workday integrations to streamline HR and finance operations. - Collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements. - Perform testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Experienced Workday Core Integration Developer adept in configuring and customizing Workday integrations to streamline HR and finance operations. - Strong understanding of system integration concepts and best practices. - Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect. - Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and API integration. - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules. - Experience with Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - An Experienced Workday Core Integration Developer adept in configuring and customizing Workday integrations to streamline HR and finance operations is required.
