Summary: As an Integration Engineer with expertise in Sitecore, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve driving discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensuring technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide consultative services to clients, understanding and translating customer needs into business and technology solutions, and driving discussions on transformation and the customer journey. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Sitecore. - Good To Have Skills: Application Design. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Sitecore development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
