Job Title: Integration Consultant (HCM Functional Consultant)

Location: Pune

Experience Range: 3-12 Years

Qualification: BE/Btech/Any equivalent Bachelor's degree

Role overview:

• Engage with our clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs regarding the HCM implementation of various modules.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through some onsite person) in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
• Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve moderately complex issues
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
• Drive consistency into delivery practices by leveraging implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
• Ability to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM/ 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)

Key responsibilities:

• Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software.
• Experience with various HCM modules- Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.
• Global HCM Implementation experience would be an add-on
• Proven knowledge of SQL, SDLC & AGILE methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
