Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect for our ISG team with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and POS Basics and a good understanding of Customer Analytics. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel obligations. The candidate will play a crucial role in integrating systems and enhancing customer analytics capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and data.
  • Utilize SQL expertise to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation for reference and training purposes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on integration best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of POS systems to enhance transaction processing and data accuracy.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to leverage customer data for improved decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all integration processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to facilitate smooth integration of third-party solutions.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to optimize system functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to drive innovation.
