Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing plans aligned with the brands overall strategy and business unit objectives, execute marketing promotion and sales campaigns, and manage budget allocation.
  2. Leverage user insights, product analysis, and competitor research to lead the planning and execution of local integrated marketing campaigns during new product Go-to-Market (GTM) launches.
  3. Liaise with regional media resources and advertising agencies; collaborate with the headquarters on the coordination and task assignment of digital media and public relations resources.
  4. Oversee social media operations and precision digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results continuously. Integrate regional ERP data and KOL resources to drive brand reputation building.
  5. Organize the collection and compilation of basic market information across regions, including media data and manufacturer details.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing and digital marketing; experience in building a brand marketing system from scratch is preferred, with prior experience in the consumer electronics industry a plus.
  2. Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities; proficient in various overseas digital media platforms and digital user experience practices.
  3. Strong professional ethics, goal-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  4. Bachelor's degree or above; English proficiency sufficient for professional use; willingness to travel overseas.
  5. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
