This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for an Insurance Specialist. As an Insurance Specialist, you will handle insurance-related inquiries, assist with the processing of insurance claims and policies, provide support for insurance brokerage services, and maintain strong communication with clients. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
• Proficiency in Finance and understanding of relevant financial principles
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized with problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in the insurance or finance sector is advantageous
