This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, located in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice to clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. The daily activities will include generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, managing client accounts, and assisting with insurance claims processes. The Specialist will ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining knowledge of insurance products and services.

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry
• Expertise in Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet/exceed sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with sales tracking systems is an advantage
