Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Corporates Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both new and renewal business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with banks and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Management:
Handle both fresh and renewal business transactions, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products to enhance client value and drive revenue growth.
- Client Engagement:
Conduct regular follow-ups with banks and corporate partners to explore potential associations, collaborations, or partnerships.
- Client Meetings:
Schedule meetings with existing clients to discuss their experiences, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach toward meeting client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven Experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in Cross-Selling/Up-Selling techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads/clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
