Role Description
Lead the Insurance Risk Portfolio for CRO Strategic Initiative
As a Lead, the following are responsibilities/expectation for the role:
o Carry targets in terms of revenue influenced through opportunity creation and convertion
o Create/Build offerings and solutions for Insurance Risk domain
o Conduct Thought Leadership sessions for existing and prospective Clients to showcase Industry trends
o Create point of views that can be shared with internally and externally
o Contribute towards RFI/RFP responses related to the portfolio
Pre-requisites
1) Experience in risk management and Solvency guidelines , ORSA reporting, Assessments of counterparties credit worthiness
2) 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
3) Knowledge of the insurance sector, including a strong understanding of a relevant area of compliance, structuring or regulation
4) Knowledge and understanding of risks and controls along the P&C reinsurance value chain
5) Worked with insurers in Global markets
6) Understanding of Cat Modelling and Stress Testing
Technical Implementation & Solution Focus
Risk Framework Implementation (Solvency II, COSO, ISO 31000)
Regulatory Technology (RegTech) for Insurance
Insurance Policy Administration Systems
Insurance Claims Technology Projects
Data Analytics/AI in Insurance Risk
Risk Modeling Tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau)
Compliance Automation in Insurance
