What would you do? Review medical risks for life insurance application -Able to read, comprehend and summarize medical documents/medical record -Analysis and evaluation of medical conditions and laboratory test results -Knowledge of medical conditions, diagnosis, treatment and investigation processes -Able to take independent decision (approval/rejection) on a case for the sinsurance coverage request as per the set -Underwriting guidelines for the business. -Co-ordinate with internal stakeholder and clients on daily business requirements t. Knowledge of medical terminologies -Should have prior medical summarization and underwriting (Life) experience. -Good analytical skills -Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) -Eye for detail -Basic computer knowledge (MS word/Excel)-Candidates need to work from office -Comfortable working in evening and night shifts Data entry and processing of life insurance application forms -Researching and updating data while working on multiple screens -Ensuring customer satisfaction by striving to meet and exceed service standards -Candidates need to work from office -Comfortable working in evening and night shifts -Able to handle customer queries on email and respond appropriately -Co-ordinate with stakeholders to provide resolution to customer complaints
