Job Description
1) Corporate / Group Insurance (OLA-wide)
Manage end-to-end corporate insurance portfolio for OLA (group and enterprise policies)
Drive renewal planning, policy structuring, negotiations, and claims governance
2) Business / Operational Insurance Coverage
Factory insurance (assets, plant & machinery, liability, etc.)
Participate in insurer/broker/vendor discussions and finalize coverage terms
Ride insurance (OLA Cabs-related)
New product insurance: Define and operationalize insurance coverage for any newly launched products/business lines
3) Regulatory & Compliance Interface
Liaison with IRDAI and ensure adherence to applicable compliance requirements (direct involvement)
Support RBI audits from a compliance standpoint (partial involvement / as applicable)
