This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing insurance policies, assisting clients with health and financial coverage, and addressing insurance-related queries. The role includes supporting customers in filing insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation, and liaising with insurance providers for timely resolution. Excellent customer service and effective communication will be key to performing various day-to-day tasks successfully.

• Proficiency in Insurance processes, including managing and handling Insurance Claims and Health Insurance
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist and support clients
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation and policy handling
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and resolve client concerns effectively
• Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
