Schedule:Monday to Friday | Between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM CST (Evening Shift India Time)

Compensation:Approx. 40,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking adetail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused Insurance Verification Coordinatorto join our U.S.-based dental office team. Youll play a vital role in verifying and updating insurance details to ensure seamless patient care and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance details for new and existing patients
• Contact insurance providers for eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations
• Update patient records accurately and promptly
• Communicate denials or missing information with the clinical team
• Assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions

• Prior experience indental or medical insurance verification(highly preferred)
• Background in thedental or medical fieldis a plus
