About the Team

The Insurance Advisors Team plays a critical role in helping customers make informed decisions about their motor and health insurance needs. The team engages directly with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, educating them about different insurance products, and guiding them toward the most suitable options. By delivering expert, personalized advice and building trust, the team aims to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving sales and supporting the companys growth objectives.


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. Once you will be assigned into one of the pods dedicated for motor / health insurance basis business requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with both new and existing customers over the phone to understand their insurance needs, address their queries, and recommend suitable insurance plans. You will play a key role in driving sales by building trust, educating customers on product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, a persuasive and consultative sales approach, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and proactively promote insurance products.
  • Follow up with potential leads through outbound calls to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and personalized explanations of policy terms and features.
  • Help customers compare plans and make informed purchase decisions.
  • Proactively manage policy renewals by reaching out to customers before expiry.
  • Ensure continuity of coverage through timely follow-ups and support, minimizing drop-offs.


Must Haves

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Persuasive Ability: Strong influencing skills with the ability to build customer rapport
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and effective communicator
  • English & Hindi Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi for seamless customer interaction
