Role Overview

We are looking for motivated insurance advisors who can understand client needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and build long-term client relationships. The role involves advisory selling, portfolio reviews, and end-to-end client servicing across life, health, and general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client risk profile, financial goals, and insurance requirements
• Advise clients on Life, Health, and General Insurance products
• Conduct insurance need analysis and portfolio reviews
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and claim processes clearly
• Ensure IRDAI compliance and proper documentation
• Assist clients during policy issuance, renewals, and claims
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions responsibly
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for smooth execution

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate/postgraduate (Finance preferred)
• IRDAI license (mandatory or willingness to obtain)
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance advisory/sales
• Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ethical, advisory-first approach (no mis-selling)
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with HNI / retail clients
• Background in financial services, broking, or wealth management
• Existing client book (added advantage)
