Position - Instrumentation Engineer (SPI/Intools)

Qualifications - B. E. / B. Tech. Instrumentation

Experience - 7-10+ Yrs

Location - Mumbai

Immediate joinee Preferred

Responsiblities-

• Understating and marking the PIDs with control logics
• Control narrative/strategy & logic preparation
• Prepare instrument datasheets specification Review vendor specification/datasheets calculation Instrument cable selection
• Prepare the instrument loop test procedures test packs etc
• Implement I & C documentation management & Control
• Co-ordinate the inst & C/Sys group effective communication leadership and report writing skills
• Preparation of engineering documents through SPI/Intools
• General specifications:-

1. Detailed Engineering & design for Instrumentation.
2. Specification sheet Customization, Data sheet generation
3. Preparation of Instrument Index, Input Output List
4. Preparation of Datasheets for Various Instruments
5. Preparation of Instrument Cable/ junction Box Schedule
6. Preparation of Terminal Lists for large amount of Wiring Interconnections
7. Enhanced Smart loop Generation by using Loop drawing
8. Generation of Hook-Up Drawings
9. Wiring Interconnection drawings
10. Preparation of Loop Drawing

Techanical Skills / Software Required

• SPI/ INTools software (Mandatory)
• MS Office
• Oil and Gas, Petrochemical plant instrumentation
• Control System engineering
• DCS ,ESD, SIS system engineering
• Vendor package and PLC System
• Experienced in Indian and International standards
• Knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification
• Planning and Organizing
