SINCLUS is a Recruitment Company specialized in sourcing of engineering professionals for Global Organizations in the Oil and Gas / Power / Infrastructure sectors .


We have the following open position for one of our Clients Oil & gas industry project in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India


Position : Instrumentation Designer


Job location : Mumbai


Qualification: Bachelors degree in Instrumentation


Experience : 7+ years from Oil & gas industry project


1.Review of P&ID & prepare Instrument Index Sheet referring to the P&IDs

2.Check IO list

3. instrument datasheet & Material requisition, IPDS & reviewing process data

4.Co-ordination with interdisciplinary for getting inputs for datasheet.

5.Interacting with vendors during various stages of the project

6.Evaluating vendor offer & preparing TQ for clarification.

7.Prepare Technical Bid Analysis for the Instruments & Control System and selection of technically qualified vendor.

8.3D model review in Navisworks

9. Hook up drawings.

10 . Loop Drawings (AutoCAD)

11. Cable schedule.

12. Review of post order vendor deliverables & ensure their technical compliance.

13. Review of IO assignment, GAD, System architecture, IO termination drawing, wiring drawings

Participate in preparation of Instrument Plot Plan showing JB location, Tray Routes, Air header location and Instruments location.

14 Coordinate with the client to get the required clearances and take part in design review meetings to address technical concerns.
