What would you do? Accenture is a trusted, innovative, comprehensive, and experienced partner to leading platform companies. The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. You will be responsible for training Content Moderators whose role is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop Change Management Strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives. Assess the impact of change initiatives on various stakeholders and develop strategies to address these impacts ? Lead Change Initiatives: Manage and lead change management projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that change initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively ? Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. Communicate change initiatives clearly and effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and support ? Change Communication: Develop and deliver communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes. Craft clear and persuasive messages to help employees understand and adapt to changes ? Training & Support: Design and implement training programs to help employees develop the skills and knowledge needed to navigate changes. Provide ongoing support and coaching to individuals and teams ? Monitor & Report: Track and measure the success of change management efforts. Collect and analyze feedback, and prepare reports for senior management on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of change initiatives ? Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop risk mitigation strategies. Address any issues that arise during the change process to minimize disruption ? Continuous Improvement: Evaluate change management processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future change management efforts
