Instructional Designer: Learning Experience & Multimedia Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce multimedia learning assets (e.g., templates, guides, toolkits, videos, podcasts, animations) using tools like Camtasia or the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Develop learner-centric experiences including learner personas, learner journeys, and engagement activities
• Create associate-facing communications such as training announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to script, storyboard, and validate content
• Ensure accessibility, localization, and brand alignment across all content
• Support integration of multimedia into SCORM packages and LMS platforms
• Contribute to measurement strategies and feedback loops to improve learning impact

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong proficiency in multimedia production tools and techniques
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Creative communicator with a knack for storytelling and visual design
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and regulated environment
