What youll do:

As an Instructional Designer/ LMS in our COE team, you will support end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) operations, assist in content organization, content creation, and performance reporting. The role is designed to groom interns into LMS Executives capable of independently managing multiple programs and course modules.

Key Job Role:

• Learn and assist in course setup, content upload, and learner assignment.
• Update the courses on the LMS portal in multiple languages.
• Creating and managing training collaterals
• Partnering with the stakeholders to understand the needs
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure training content aligns with customer needs.

The successful candidate will exhibit:

• Outstanding skills in understanding and creating content for software learners.
• Proven experience in writing content for a SaaS product/ learning platform.
• Ability to obtain information through research.
• Precise and clear written communication skills, specifically English language.
• Have a keen interest in learning and adapting new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Any graduation with technical knowledge
• Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in learning management systems.
