Job Description
Brief
We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning content which people would love to go through. Must be an explorer who would love to come up with amazing ideas to develop interesting learning content.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhancesretention and transfer
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finishedproduct
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learningprocess
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessmentinstruments
- Maintain project documentation and coursefolders
Requirements
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructionaltechnology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional designmodels
- Lesson and curriculum planningskills
- Basic knowledge of course development software and at least one LearningManagement System
- Visual design skills and ability tostoryboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/videoscripts
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
Fixed CTC 30K to 40K Per Month
Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
Maximum Experience 1 to 2 years
