We are looking for a passionate Instructional Designer to join a Global Technology Capability Center (GCC) and drive impactful learning solutions aligned with digital transformation.

Role Overview

As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop engaging digital and blended learning experiences, enabling workforce capability and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials for digital/blended learning

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)

Integrate multimedia & interactive elements

Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments & feedback

Ensure accessibility and compliance standards

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Instructional Design & Adult Learning Principles

Experience in content development & storytelling

Good project management & stakeholder handling

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

Tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate

LMS: Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors

Multimedia: Camtasia, Vyond, video editing tools

Knowledge of SCORM / xAPI standards

Basic HTML/CSS (good to have)

Ability to work with learning analytics & insights

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design / Education Technology / related field

35 years of experience in instructional design

Experience in GCC / global environments (preferred)
