About Position:


Instructional Designer plays a key role in designing and developing highquality professional learning programs for external educators. This position focuses on building engaging instructorled (ILT) and virtual instructorled (vILT) training experiences supported by wellcrafted curriculum materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, and assessments.

What You'll Do:


  • Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
  • Design and develop comprehensive ILT and vILT programs, including facilitator guides, slide decks, participant materials, and handson exercises.
  • Translate pedagogical requirements and learning objectives into structured, engaging, and activitybased learning modules.
  • Ensure materials are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with industrystandard instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, Adult Learning Theory).
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with onshore teams to gather requirements, refine learning outcomes, and validate training content.
  • Collaborate with leadership, consultants, and SMEs to ensure training accuracy, relevance, and contextual alignment.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback cycles, and content iteration sessions.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Strong experience designing ILT and vILT programs, including curriculum structure, facilitator materials, and learnercentered activities.
  • Ability to convert abstract learning goals into concrete, measurable learning outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with AIdriven curriculum design, agentic LLM concepts, and technologyassisted instructional workflows.
  • Ability to apply AI tools for ideation, content generation, learner support, and process automation.
  • Comfortable adopting emerging EdTech tools and integrating them into learning design.
  • Strong experience working with remote/onshore teams, SMEs, consultants, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills for crafting professional learning materials.
  • Ability to manage feedback loops, version control, and iterative development processes.
